Our system of integral quality assurance guarantees you sustainable products where no detail is left to chance. They satisfy the very highest environmental and ergonomic norms. It is not for nothing that Pami was presented with the ISO 9001 quality label in 2001.

Ecology
Materials and production processes which cause minimal damage to the environment, the choice of raw materials on the basis of its recyclability, reduction in steel and timber waste etc. This is just a small taste of the numerous measures which Pami takes to help protect the environment. In 2003 Pami was awarded the ISO 14001 certificate for its integral approach to caring for the environment and that as the first Belgian manufacturer in the environmental sector.

Pami also recognises the importance of sustainable forest management and since obtaining the PEFC certificate is dedicated to contributing to the sustainable management of natural timber reserves. In concrete terms PEFC promotes a forest management that is at the same time environmentally friendly, socially advantageous and economically viable. After sales service
For Pami providing the very best service is no empty promise. In order to substantiate that, we conclude a ‘Service Level Agreement’ with you. Alongside the guarantee (terms), you receive a copy of the conditions fulfilled by our quality and after sales service in black and white.
