By focussing on good management and paying attention to innovation we develop environment-friendly and sustainable products of excellent quality. At the same time we also create healthy and safe workplaces. We aim to limit our impact on the environment and on our surroundings to a minimum in all our activities.

By positioning ourselves as a responsible company, with attention and respect for ethical behaviour and fair business. We like clear and transparent communication with all the stakeholders and try to create a pleasant and safe working environment for our employees. Pami resolutely condemns any form of unethical behaviour (such as child labour, forced labour and any other violation of human rights) and we wish to see this attitude applied in the chain for the entire production process.
