AON Belgium is a leading insurance advisor and broker. Customers receive independent advice about insurance, reinsurance, risk management, pensions and payrolling. AON Belgium has four offices (Brussels, Antwerp, Ghent and Liège) and a total of around 370 employees.
For their office interior in Brussels, AON Belgium called on Pami through Colliers International. Various flexible work environments were created. Employees can now choose the most suitable space based on the nature of their activities: open-plan workstations, focus rooms, informal or formal meeting rooms, lounge areas, etc. This adds liveliness, openness and variation to their work environment.
