New Way of Work at Gfi.
In 2014, Gfi Heverlee paid lots of attention to a large internal project entitled New Way of Work. New Way of Work. In collaboration with Pami, the available space was drastically renovated and reorganised: flexible workstations, meeting and conference rooms, focus areas, etc. Yet ‘New Way of Work’ is about more than just a new office. It’s also about working differently. At Gfi, they are convinced that a well thought-out work environment – a combination of IT, office and organisation – is an important factor for high-quality performance and for attracting new talent. Gfi frequently uses its experience in designing the IT infrastructure when supporting such projects.
