RMB relocated to its new office space in Etterbeek. Yves Gérard clarified the move: “We aren’t just relocating. We are changing how we work in line with the ergonomics of the space. Transversality, connectivity, flexibility, collaboration, autonomy, responsibility, efficiency, mobility... These are just some of the qualities that we want to develop (even further) thanks to the layout of the new offices. Below, you will discover the benefits of our new work environment, purposefully designed and furnished to serve our clients and media partners even better.”

Six years after the introduction of the new cross-media organisation, management granted itself a new, future-oriented work environment that stimulates communication and exchange between employees. The new open-plan office space spans 2,600 m2 and contributes to more flexibility and mobility; factors that have been improving already due to the implementation of the very latest mobile devices (laptops, phones, telco software, etc.) and personal lockers.

Optimised tools make for more connected, faster and more efficient everyday operations. A whole series of screens in strategic places, such as at reception, improve internal circulation of relevant information. The meeting rooms, bubbles (sound-proof rooms) and a dedicated brainstorming room promote focus and the exchange of ideas. Both temperature and acoustics are optimal everywhere. The work areas are bright and sleek, the relaxation and restaurant area is cosy and colourful, reception is modern and inviting, etc.

RMB is loyal to the DNA of production: liveliness, conviviality and team spirit. The new infrastructure undoubtedly contributes to the company’s development and is part of the new RMB 3.0 philosophy.
