14,000 m² of growth ambitions

Late 2020, Limburg-based catering wholesaler Van Zon relocated from their old headquarters in Hamont-Achel to a brand-new home base at Kristalpark III in Lommel. Van Zon invested 15 million euro in a new building of 14,000 m² and called on Pami to take care of the office interior.

The story of Horeca Van Zon in Hamont-Achel started 55 years ago. The company grew immensely over the years and currently has more than four branches and over 200 employees. “It was a very difficult decision for us to abandon our office in Hamont-Achel, but it was a necessary step nonetheless”, said General Manager Marion Van Zon. “The building was old and inefficient for today’s standards. We needed more space, a bigger warehouse, larger stock and of course improved service for our clients.” The investment plans were forged before the corona crisis. Still, Horeca Van Zon decided not to delay their plans. Marion Van Zon: “Our ambition is to become a large national player sooner rather than later.
