Callexcel moved into 2,200 m² of office space at Stayen stadium. This allows the company to grow its payroll to 430 employees over time.
Callexel mostly specialises in customer care and sales. “We work for companies in the telco sector, utilities, financial institutions and your larger retail chains. Customer care is our core business which means that around 80% of our conversations consist of incoming calls. We don’t do so-called ‘hard selling’. Most of our outgoing sales calls are Customer Loyalty calls.” Of course, acoustics were paramount when designing the offices.
